Return & Exchange

Dispatch Notification & Shipping

We take approximately 1-2 business days to ship your Order. Once we dispatch the order, you will instantly receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the package and know its exact date of arrival. We use FedEx Priority or DHL Express Time Definite service for all the international shipments to make sure the package arrives within 4-5 days once dispatched.

Return & Refunds

•  Kindly make sure that in order to qualify for the a return, the product should be in its original conditional and unused.
• In order to Return to item, kindly send the package back with your name, email address and order number on it. Make sure that the item is re-packaged in the same or similar packaging in which it was received.
• Buyer needs to cover the expenses of return cost shipping
• Once we have received the return package, we will notify you by sending you the email of the return. The refund will be completed in the mode of payment through which we received your payment, we will let you know by email once we have processed the refund.
• In case of delay in refund, please check your bank account once again and then contact your bank if you don't receive it, as sometimes it can take a bit longer for bank to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges for the products that are unused and in original condition kindly contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will inform you how to complete the exchange.
